WARRANTY DISCLAIMER: The purchaser
understands and recognizes that all parts and
services sold by Miller Hi-Speed Head Company
are exposed to many and varied conditions due
to the manner in which they are installed and
used. The Miller Hi-Speed Head Company will not
be held responsible for incidental or consequential
damages arising from, or in connection with, the
installation or use of any of our products. Miller
Hi-Speed Head Company makes no warranties either
express or implied, as to the suitability of the
products we sell for any use, including any warranty
or mechantability or fitness for a particular
purposes other than those with respect to the
goods identified on the face of the invoice. The
buyer assumes all risk and liability for action
resulting from component failure or lack of durability.
Purchasers and users of these products must rely
upon their own judgment as to the use of these
products.
DEPOSIT: Deposit of $1,500.00 required
on all complete head packages.
PAYMENT: Payment by Mastercard,
Visa, Discover, American Express or certified
check insures fastest delivery.
SHIPPING: Orders are shipped by
the most economical means, U.S. Postal Service,
United Parcel Service or by trucking service.
Customer pays all freight.CLAIMS: 1) Claims for
damage or loss are to be made with freight carrier.
Always inspect your package(s) upon delivery in
the presence of the delivery driver. The driver
must note any damage. Ask the driver the Carrier's
procedures for handling damage claims. You must
hold the original box, packing material and damaged
merchandise for inspection or the carrier will
not honor the claim. You must notify Miller Hi-Speed
Head Company for instruction on returning damaged
goods. Miller Hi-Speed Head Company is not responsible
if no notification is given within 5 days of receipt.
2) Claims for shortage are to be made with Miller
Hi-Speed Head Company within five days of receipt
of order.
BACK ORDERS: Merchandise temporarily
out of stock will be shipped as soon as available.
Back orders will be shipped freight collect.
RETURNS: Miller Hi-Speed Head Company
wants you to be satisfied with your purchase.
If within 30 days after you receive your shipment
you are not satisfied, you may return the item
for refund or exchange. All exchanged or returned
merchandise must be in original factory condition
with no modifications or alterations. Returned
merchandise must include all packaging materials,
warranty cards, manuals, and accessories. If the
items being returned needs to be repackaged there
will be a re-packaging charge. You must ship orders
back PRE-PAID. WE DO NOT ACCEPT C.O.D. SHIPMENTS.
All exchanges need to have reshipping charges
included. Any merchandise returned for a refund
must be authorized by Miller Hi-Speed Head Company.
Items that are returned after 30 days of purchase
are subject to 15% restocking charges.
GUARANTEE AND LIABILITY: Merchandise
is guaranteed free from defects in material and
workmanship. We will repair or replace, at our
option, any product found to be defective subject
to our inspection and approval. The product has
to be returned freight prepaid. Miller Hi-Speed
Head Company will not be liable for personal injury
or property damage caused by use or misuse of
any product we manufacture or sell. User shall
determine the suitability of the product for its
intended use, and the user shall assume all responsibility
and risk in connection therewith.
MANUFACTURES RIGHTS RETAINED:
Miller Hi-Speed Head Company reserves the right
to change the design or to make any additions
or improvements upon its products at any time,
without incurring any obligation whatsoever to
improve products previously manufactured.
